Purpose

CRA Report provides software tools for structuring information, calculating timelines and preparing draft material relating to Cyber Resilience Act reporting workflows. It does not submit notifications to ENISA or any CSIRT on your behalf.

No legal advice or compliance guarantee

The service is informational software and does not provide legal advice. Regulatory applicability can depend on facts not captured by the application. You remain responsible for verifying reporting obligations, deadlines, classification, completeness and final submissions against the current law and official guidance.

Primary sources control

If the application conflicts with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, an applicable implementing or delegated act, ENISA instructions or another authoritative requirement, the authoritative source controls.

Local data responsibility

Incident drafts are designed to remain on your device. You are responsible for device security, backups, access control and retention. Clearing browser storage may permanently remove an unsaved local draft.

Paid access

CRA Report is designed around a one-time purchase for an incident pack rather than a recurring subscription. The price and payment terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Refund, withdrawal, tax, invoicing and payment-provider terms must be finalized and published before commercial launch where applicable.

Security and availability

No software can be guaranteed error-free or continuously available. Do not rely on CRA Report as the only record of a regulatory deadline or incident. Maintain your own incident record and escalation process.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service, payment setup or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
